This is our take on the classic bananas foster with banana-infused canelé. It's made with Smith & Cross rum, dolloped with rich miso caramel, and topped with a roasted banana tuile. Finished with a dusting of roasted banana peel powder for incredible depth, warmth, and caramelized flavor in every bite.

While we don't recommend reheating our topped or filled treats for risk of melting the topping, you're always welcome to try it out!
To revive the outer shell:
Air fryer Method: Place the canelés in a preheated air fryer set to 400F, air fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely. Enjoy!
Oven Method: Pre-heat oven to 450F, place canelés on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 3 minutes. Remove from the baking tray and allow to cool completely. Enjoy!
