Have a question?
So, what's a canelé anyway?
A little French pastry with a big personality. Crispy, caramelized outside, custardy, vanilla-rum inside. Kinda like crème brûlée’s cool cousin from Bordeaux. The perfect pair for a cup o' joe, ice cream, or all by itself!
How can I place an order?
It's easy! Add all your items to your cart, and head to the cart page. There, select the "Local Delivery" option and enter your Zip Code. Since our team is quite small, we only deliver to the NWA area right now. Then, choose your desired delivery date. Currently, we deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Choose your preferred delivery window, and continue to checkout!
Once your order is on the way, we'll send you an email or text with the information provided! If you have any delivery notes, or other comments, feel free to leave them in the "Delivery Instructions" on the shipping page.
How long do they stay fresh?
Canelés are always best the day you get them. They tend to stay happy at room-temp for around 4-5 days. We recommend eating them fresh for the full effect.
How can I reheat my canelés?
While we don't recommend reheating dipped or filled pastries, as it might melt the topping, you're more than welcome to do so at your own risk. To revive the outer shell of the originals:
Air Fryer Method: Place the canelés in a preheated air fryer set to 400F. Air fry for around 2-3 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely. Enjoy!
Oven Method: Pre-heat oven to 450F. place canelés on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 3 minutes. Remove from the baking tray and allow to cool completely. Enjoy!
Do you only provide delivery?
Right now, we're happy to deliver locally for a small fee. If you're ultra-local and prefer to meet somewhere mutual, you could also do a pick-up at a third-party location! Just make a comment at checkout, and we'd be happy to accommodate. We don’t ship just yet. Our canelés are a little too delicate to travel far, but we’re working on it.
Do you have anything gluten-free or vegetarian?
Right now we’re focused on traditional recipes (which means gluten and dairy are in the mix), but we’re always testing new things — stay tuned!
Are these alcoholic?
Not at all! All of the rum used in the batter is thoroughly cooked out during baking. The flavor remains so the kiddos can still enjoy! If you have a religious concern but would still like to order, send us a message!
Do you do markets or pop-ups?
Absolutely! Keep an eye on our socials to see where we'll be next! We hope to see you around at a Farmer's Market or two!
Do you take bulk orders?
Sure thing! Whether it's a brunch, baby shower, or you're just canelé-obsessed, we’ve got you. Reach out through our contact form and we’ll get bakin’. We'd be happy to work with you!
