Krumb was born from a craving for something real! Pastries made by hand, baked with care, and flavors that spark a little joy with every bite. We wanted a bakery that felt personal, creative, and unlike anything else in town.

Krumb was born out of a simple idea: good pastries should feel special. When we were introduced to canelés, we realized that they were only available in exclusive places: Michelin kitchens, big-city bakeries, and throughout Europe! We wanted to create a space where these fine-dining treats were accessible to people in our community, while uplifting local businesses by sourcing what we can.
With real ingredients, recipes tested and perfected at home, and a commitment to keeping things personal, Krumb became our way of baking joy into everyday life.

Christian is the head baker and visionary behind the brand. A lover for all things food, his years experience in local kitchens gave him the foundation to turn simple ingredients into pastries that feel both classic and unexpected!
